Aleda

This post is dedicated to my good friend Aleda. I mention her in several of my "about me" sections on various sites, including this blog. I wanted to show everyone why she is such an inspiration to me. She started off at more than 310lbs and shrunk all the way down to 150lbs. Here are some before and after shots of her. She is a true motivator for me.

Q: "What site would you recommend?" - Anonymous
A: I've had the same trouble myself. It seems like any site that I find is either too extreme ("you need a BMI of at least this low to join,") or it's too sugar coated ("this is a healthy diet site!") If you're looking to make friends and socialize I'd suggest any of the sites that I have listed in my profile section to the side.

Q: "Can I please have some help on a diet plan?" - Anonymous
A: Try checking out the "diets" tab at the top of my blog. Pick anything that's appealing to you. With any diet that you choose, it's important to keep your calories low.

Q: "How do you fast and not feel icky?" - Anonymous
A: Make sure you're drinking a ton of water. If you need energy boosts, go for a tablespoon of honey. It's only 15 calories and it's so effective that athletes even do it right before they start playing.

Q: "How many calories should I have per day to get results?" - Anonymous
A: I don't know your gender, height, weight, or any other factors. Check out the "links" section at the top of my blog and feel free to try out any of the calorie intake calculators.
