OK i e-filed and it showed Nebraska address generating LIN no's instead of MSC etc , it prompted me where my 485 is and i think since it is at NSC it routed automatically to NSC

Oh mdipi if you use this technique....I would blur the image allot higher than you did in your example....Because I can tell it is a sunset.....unless that is what you wanted. It works better when u cannot tell what it was.:cowboy:

i was totaly upse about this post, here is my correct entry
definitely your entry should be denied, you are not capable to solve your domestic problem, how come you are going to do good to this country by getting GC. (I agree these people are not good as you, but before they start domestic violence there are on citizen/GC (either one of them),

If you need any kind of corrections to your I-94, please visit your local CBP office. Website is www.cbp.gov. On this website search for Deferred Inspection locations and visit the nearest one.
CBP officer will give you new I-94 with the corrected name, I-94 validity date, DOB, class of admission etc...

RFE for Dependent - To show the valid status from day of entery till we filed I 485
One of the supporting document is I-94, but we gave at port of departure.
We have the second I-94 which we received while coming back. Is this copy good enough or do we need to get the second copy.
any body with similar experience please share your thoughts.

Probably that is what will happen. The last 45 days have been extremely stressful on the applicants and lawyers. I hope USCIS ignores some simple mistakes.

Hi,
My I-140/I-485 are pending. I had also applied for my EAD card which I received promptly. The EAD card will expire in October, 2008. You know, at least until the I-140 gets approved, I don't need the EAD card. Can I just let it expire and renew it when I need it? Or will it be a separate application when I try to renew an expired EAD.

If your renewal requires fees, I would not get it approved.

if you can convince the current employer not to revoke the 140 (at least for the next 180 days).
Is this true? If the employer agrees to not invoke I140 for next 180 days, I can start working for another company tomorrow without affecting my 485 application?
Wouldn't you need to show paystubs or something, for 180 days, for the company that filed your I485?

If his fiance is in the US, then it's easy. Just do a court marriage; get the marriage certificate and file for I485.
If his fiance is abroad then he can make a trip; get married and take her back to US and file. Remember, all the applicants need to be present in the US to file AoS.
If she does not have a visa to come to the US; then just wait...
I dont think it makes sense to file now; get married and re-file again. It's also risky just to some extent if his application is approved before ge get married.
Also, just a friendly suggeston:
Ask him to join IV :)

Ask your attorney to draft the experience letter. It may not be copied toto but support letter should cover the main points in the draft.

This is looking down the stairs outside my office, saw this for the first time today. I had the wrong lens and no tripod, so I just shot a couple to get a feel for the motif. This was the least blurry of the bunch - handheld at 1/6s isn't my strongest skill. :)
What do you think, is this anything? It has been done a gadzillion times, but maybe one more is interesting? I'll go back this weekend when the place is empty, with a tripod, and get a bunch of different versions. Anything you'd advice in terms of composition, angle, lighting etc?

Sadly Immigration voice is giving importance to the � number of posts� rather than �number of valuable posts� .
Some people are more interested to upgrade in their title by putting more number of comments, which will have no information.
I request every one to understand that these are just somebody thoughts/comments some time they may be correct and some times
they are just garbage.

IV doest evaluate posts of members or give more or less importance to quantity or quality of posts.
The software we use for forums (Joomla) is preconfigured to make a person "Senior member" when he/she posts 100 messages.
IV core group or leadership doesnt have any interest in rating the quantity or quality of any posts from any members.
Some people are more interested to upgrade in their title by putting more number of comments, which will have no information.
